p6x Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the p6x platform and all related services, games, and financial services. They form a legally binding agreement between p6x and its players (referred to throughout as "player" or "you").

1.1 Platform Access

To use the p6x platform, a player must meet the following requirements—

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be a resident of a location where there are no gambling restrictions.
• Must hold only one player account on the platform.
• Must register using accurate personal information.

1.2 Available Regions

This platform is designed for players in Myanmar. Players are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their local jurisdiction, and p6x does not accept direct legal liability in this regard.

2.1 Account Registration

Each player may only open one account at p6x. Make sure your name, date of birth, and contact details are accurate. An account opened with incorrect information may be closed after review, and any balance in that account will be considered unauthorized funds.

2.2 Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials (username, password) confidential. Do not share your credentials with anyone. All activity on a player's account — whether carried out by the player or by someone else — is the player's responsibility. 2.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

p6x may carry out KYC verification to ensure financial security. Withdrawals may be temporarily paused until verification is complete. Players may continue to play on the platform during that time.

3.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted deposit methods at p6x are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit for all methods is 20,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawals

Players must withdraw funds using the same method they used to deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks, and the standard processing time is 10–45 minutes.

• KYC verification must be complete before withdrawals are allowed.
• If a deposit is made from an account that does not belong to the player, withdrawals may be suspended.
• If criminal activity is suspected, p6x may pause the withdrawal and carry out an investigation.

3.3 Reportable Payment Issues

If a technical error occurs during a deposit or withdrawal, contact us immediately at [email protected] or via Live Chat. p6x will review any incorrectly processed funds and resolve the issue.

p6x offers bonuses and promotions on the platform. To receive a bonus, players must meet the conditions set out in this section.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

p6x's first deposit bonus is 100% — up to 300,000 Ks. For example —

• 20,000 Ks deposit → 20,000 Ks bonus → 40,000 Ks balance → Wagering requirement 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks
• 620,000 Ks deposit → 300,000 Ks bonus → 920,000 Ks balance → Wagering requirement 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks

The wagering requirement means you must wager an amount equal to the bonus amount × 15 before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Each player may receive the bonus once only (limited to one per verified individual).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• If a player attempts to claim the bonus using multiple accounts, the bonus may be voided.
• Withdrawals from an account that has received a bonus may only be processed after the bonus wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

p6x has a VIP program with 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum —

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

To move up VIP tiers, players must maintain consistent activity at p6x. Tier upgrades are granted by p6x based on play volume, game type, and loyalty. Cashback funds are not explicitly stated to be withdrawable without a wagering requirement — if a bonus is involved, bonus wagering conditions will apply.

5.1 General Gameplay

For football betting, live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), slots (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI), and other games, players must play having reviewed and accepted the game results for themselves. By playing, a player is understood to have acknowledged and accepted that losses are possible.

5.2 Resolving Gameplay Issues

If a connection drop, technical error, or payment issue occurs during play, p6x will refer to its recording and audit system logs to resolve the matter. p6x's decision is final.

5.3 Irregular Play

If p6x has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in arbitrage betting, irregular wagering patterns, or bonus abuse, p6x may void any bonus winnings in that account and close the account.

Players are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following—

• Opening multiple accounts using different people's identities (Multi-accounting)
• Transferring funds back to oneself to claim a bonus and attempting to meet bonus wagering requirements
• Playing using a software bot or automated script
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or algorithm
• Conducting money laundering
• Attempting to pass illegal funds through this platform
• Attempting to play through external agents
• Sending advertisements or spam unrelated to gaming

If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, p6x may freeze all remaining funds in that player's account and take action in accordance with the law.

p6x protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. Players' personal data will not be shared with third-party companies — except where disclosure is required by legal obligation.

8.1 Closure Requested by the Player

Players may request to close their account at any time via Live Chat or email. If you wish to close your account, please withdraw any remaining balance first. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

8.2 Situations Where p6x May Close an Account

• Evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• The player refuses to complete KYC verification
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age
• Money laundering activity is found
• The player themselves requests a Responsible Gaming self-exclusion

After p6x closes an account, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player once the review is complete.

The p6x platform provides its service "AS IS". p6x will not be liable for any losses arising from game results, platform outages, or technical errors — as all gameplay is conducted at the player's own choice.

• Losses caused by internet connection drops
• Matters arising from external agents or third-party services
• Service disruptions caused by Force Majeure (armed conflict, natural disaster)

This limitation does not affect any legal rights players have for their own protection.

p6x may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Once changes are published on the website, a player's continued use of the platform will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
